Privacy Policy

CPA's, like all providers of personal financial services, are now required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information. CPAs have been and continue to be bound by professional ethics to standards of confidentiality that are more stringent than those required by law. We know that privacy is a major concern for you, and we have always been concerned with protecting the confidentiality of your information.

Unless otherwise compelled by law or expressly directed by you, the information which you give us in the course of our work for you, and the information which we, from time to time, may obtain directly from third parties, such as account records provided by brokerage houses and banks, are held in strict confidence. Firm personnel use such information only in the course of preparing your financial records and tax returns. Information is stored in a secure space or on a secure computer. When your personal information is no longer needed, it is shredded, erased or destroyed before being recycled.

Your confidence and trust are vital to our ability to serve you. We make every effort to assure that we have and continue to earn that confidence.

Questions regarding this policy should be directed to privacy@connollysteele.com.
