	Elizabeth S. Connolly, CPA A 1988 graduate of Duquesne University with a B.S. degree in accounting, her public accounting career began in the audit department of Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche). After a number of years as the Controller for Longue Vue Club, she returned to public accounting in 1996, joining her father, Lewis Steele, in founding Connolly, Steele & Company. Her varied experience encompasses auditing and accounting, tax matters, and tax and financial planning for businesses and individuals, and business start-ups.
	Lewis M. Steele, CPA A 1961 graduate of Davidson College, he spent several years working in the construction and insurance industries before graduate training in accounting at Duquesne University. His public accounting career began in 1972 with a Sewickley firm specializing in tax matters. Later a sole practitioner and then a partner in a large regional firm, he currently serves as a financial executive in the transportation industry, as well as a founding principal at Connolly, Steele & Company. He is experienced in accounting and auditing, tax matters including tax advocacy, tax and financial planning for businesses and individuals, business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support.
	Debra S. Merklin, CPA A 1994 graduate of Robert Morris with a B.S. in Accounting, her public accounting career actually began much earlier, in 1978, when she served as staff accountant for Lewis Steele, CPA, then a sole practitioner. She returned to the profession upon completion of her degree and obtaining her CPA license. Her specialties include accounting and auditing, business and personal taxes, and account analysis.
	Tracy A. Kramer, CPA A 1988 graduate of Duquesne University with a B.S. degree in accounting, her public accounting career began in the audit department of Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche). After a number of year working in the health care and non-profit industries, Tracy returns to public accounting. Her specialties include accounting and auditing and business consulting for small business clients.
